I absolutely love tuna. I think I managed to perfect the recipe for tuna salad over the weekend. My wife said it was the best she had ever had. Simple but effective.
What you will need:
2 or 3 tins of tuna in water (not Albacore and don't use the kind in oil)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion
salt and pepper
Method:
Chop up the onion as small as you can get it. Open up the tuna and drain, empty into large bowl and add the onion and mayonnaise. Stir well with a fork until it's all mixed together and add a little salt and pepper to taste (easy on the salt as tuna is already salty). Enjoy in a sandwich or as a side dish in a meal :) (I personally love it with french fries.
Unfortunately it all got eaten before I could take a picture, I will add a photo when I make more later, until then please enjoy this image of a tuna fish. Thank you for reading.
